Taster sessions are held every half term and holiday, from 4-5.15pm.
The idea is for your child to attend on one of the days on as many tasters as he/she can throughout the year and once there is a vacancy, we look through the taster list summary spreadsheet and find the children who have been to the most tasters – this way we manage to target the children who have been coming the longest and are the most eager !
Having said this most of our vacancies happen in September so it is unlikely that your child will get a place if they have just started coming, however we would still encourage you to come as regularly as you are able.

As soon as your booking is confirmed you will need to send payment for the session immdeiately. Payment can be made in cash at the office, or by cheque payable to HGC Ltd or we can send a request to an email address for payment via Paypal.
If paying by cheque please write the name of your child, child date of birth, contact number and the day that they will be attending on the back of the cheque. Cheques can then be posted to the address above marked 'Taster Session Bookings' or dropped in at the office.

If you leave a message on the answer-phone, please say which day you want to book and we will get back to you to confirm the booking. Do not just leave a message for us to call you – by the time we can get back to you the places could be taken !
Important Information :
We cannot guarantee a placement after a certain number of sessions simply because we never know how many vacancies there will be at any given time.
If your child has been to at least 4 taster sessions then we have no objection to your calling in to find out whether there is any possibility of a placement near the beginning of a term. However if there is a vacancy we will call you.
Each child may only attend one session per week
Children can come to taster sessions when they are 4 years and 6 months old on the day of the taster session.
