Every Monday night HGC puts adults from 16+ through their paces and the coaches continue their great work in inspiring older people to become involved and get active and fit. Our eldest user at 44yrs old performed a double back flip at our gymnastics display in the summer, proving you're never to old to do gymnastics!

• Every Monday evening from 8pm - 9.30pm during term time.
• Cost is £60 per term payable in advance of the new term - dates will be given each term.
• British Gymnastics Membership and Insurance is needed for this class - please enquire at the office
